Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

ClassyThings offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan so you can shop with complete confidence — pay only when your order arrives at your door.

How COD Works

  1. Place your order on our website and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
  2. Our team will confirm your order via WhatsApp or phone call within 24 hours.
  3. Your order will be packed and dispatched after confirmation.
  4. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel is delivered.

COD Availability

COD is available for deliveries across all major cities and towns in Pakistan.

Order Confirmation

Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout. We will reach out to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Refused Deliveries

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that account. Repeated refusals may result in prepayment being required for future orders.

COD Charges

Any applicable COD handling charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
